Maaf kali ni enrti saya dalam English huhu... Nak explain tentang diet ni dia punya terms tu banyak dalam English so ahcik terpaksa berentrikan Bahasa Inggeris untuk beberapa hari yang mendatang... Sebenarnya ada entri Diet Seimbang dalam bahasa melayu. Kalau korag godek-godek blog ni mesti terjumpa heheh... English akak tak susah. Simple je english budak sekolah :)

What is Balanced Diet?
A balanced diet is a diet which provides you with sufficient nutrients to maintain your health and a stable, healthy weight.
Carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins, fats, mineral salts and fiber are major categories of nutrients.
BMI (Body Mass Index)
The Body Mass Index (BMI) is a number calculated from a person's weight and height. It is reliable indicator of how fat or thin someone is. It can also tell whether a person is in his or her ideal weight or not.
Although the BMI number is calculated in the same way fro both children and adults, the criteria used to interpret the meaning of BMI number for them are different. For children and teens, it is interpreted by taking into consideration these two factors:
- the amount of body fat changes with age.
- the amount of body fat differs between boys and girls.
